Our Story

From a Single Route to Every Continent

We started in 2015 with a few dispatchers and one belief: owner-operators deserve better loads, fair rates, and a partner who tells them the truth.

Our founders came from the freight side and saw the same gap again and again. Drivers were choosing between a dispatcher who took too much control and doing everything alone. We built it to remove that trade-off, with clear fees, a written agreement, and your approval on every load.

Today our dispatchers work with 500+ trucks across all 48 states, each paired with a dedicated dispatcher. We search the boards and broker contacts every day, negotiate every rate, and handle the paperwork with the same care we gave our very first driver.

Rate confirmations, broker setups, invoices, and carrier packets are handled so you spend less time at a desk.

04

Dedicated Dispatcher

One person who knows your truck, your lanes, and your goals, so you aren't starting over on every call.

What We Stand For

The Principles That Guide Every Decision

These values are not slogans. They shape how we pick loads, how we write our agreements, and the way we treat every driver and fleet owner.
01

Reliability

We do what we say. When we promise a callback or a load update, it happens on time, so you never have to chase your own dispatcher.
02

Precision

Details matter in dispatch. We check rates, pickup times, and broker terms twice, and treat every load as if it were our own truck.
03

Transparency

No hidden fees and no vague terms. Our pricing is published, our agreement is shared before you sign, and every rate is shown to you.
04

Integrity

We never overpromise to win a driver. We set honest expectations, stand behind our work, and keep our relationships fair on both sides.
05

Technology

We use modern tools to search loads, track rates, and manage paperwork faster, so our dispatchers spend more time on the phone for you.
06

Driver First

Your time, your home time, and your income come first. We build every plan around the life you want, not the one that suits us.
Common Questions

Everything You Need to Know

Can't find the answer? Our dispatch team is available 24/7.

We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, hotshot, and box truck, plus power only and heavy haul. Each type has its own dispatcher knowledge, so your loads, permits, and coverage questions are handled by someone who knows your trailer.
Fill out the short form with your equipment, MC number, and lanes. A dispatcher calls you back within 24 hours, you send your carrier packet, and loads start coming once your packet clears and your authority reads ACTIVE.
Yes. Every load is sent to you first, and you accept or decline each one. We never book a rate confirmation you have not seen, and nothing moves without your approval.

We charge 6% of linehaul or a flat $250/week for semi trucks, and 8% or $350/week for box trucks and hotshot. You pay us directly, there is no setup fee, and you can switch between flat and percentage at any time.

There is a written dispatcher-carrier agreement, but no lock-in term. There is no minimum number of months and no cancellation penalty, and you can leave at the end of any week.
Yes. Some brokers and insurers set their own minimum authority age, so send us your MC and we will tell you where you stand and which brokers are realistic for you in your first weeks.
